JobForm Slayer Privacy Policy

JobForm Slayer is a local-first Chrome extension for job application autofill. Your autofill profile, Field Bank entries, application records, and vault data stay on your device in your browser. JobForm Slayer does not send this data to our servers because we do not operate a remote autofill backend.

Data Stored Locally

JobForm Slayer may store the following data locally in Chrome extension storage on your device:

• Autofill profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, address, links, education, work details, and job application preferences.
• Field Bank entries, which are reusable answers that you manually save from job application forms or edit inside the extension.
• Application records, such as the application page URL, page title, status, and date.
• Extension settings and vault metadata.

User-Entered Sensitive Information

JobForm Slayer is designed for job application autofill. It does not provide default credit card, payment card, social security number, passport, driver's license, medical, or health-data fields.

Some websites may contain arbitrary form fields. You may choose to manually save sensitive information into the Field Bank or custom profile fields. If you do that, the information is stored locally in your encrypted vault and remains under your control. You are responsible for deciding what information to save, fill, review, and submit.

JobForm Slayer is not intended to be used as a payment card vault, medical record system, government identification storage system, password manager, or regulated records system.

Local Encryption

Saved autofill data is stored locally in the browser and protected by a master password. JobForm Slayer encrypts vault data locally before saving it in Chrome extension storage.

Your master password is used locally to unlock the vault. It is not sent to any server and is not stored as plaintext by JobForm Slayer.

Local encryption helps protect data at rest, but it cannot protect against every threat. Malware, a compromised browser profile, operating-system access, device theft, screen recording, keylogging, or access to an already-unlocked vault may expose data. You are responsible for keeping your device, browser profile, and master password secure.

No Remote Server

JobForm Slayer does not send autofill profile data, Field Bank entries, application records, form values, browsing history, master passwords, or vault data to remote servers controlled by us.

The extension does not require an account and does not use a cloud backend for autofill data.

JobForm Slayer does not run analytics, advertising trackers, telemetry, behavioral profiling, retargeting, or remote data collection for autofill data.

Website Access

JobForm Slayer accesses the active web page only to detect and fill form fields when you choose to scan or fill a page.

This access is used for job application autofill functionality only.

When you fill or submit information into a third-party website, that website may receive and process the information according to its own privacy policy and terms. JobForm Slayer does not control third-party websites, job boards, applicant tracking systems, employers, or recruiters.

Data Sharing

JobForm Slayer does not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share your locally stored vault data with third parties.

JobForm Slayer does not use user data for advertising, retargeting, profiling, analytics, lead generation, data brokerage, or tracking.

We do not have access to your encrypted local vault data. If you contact support, only share information that you intentionally choose to provide.

Remote Code

JobForm Slayer does not load or execute remote code. All extension code is bundled inside the Chrome extension package.

Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs and Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User data is used only to provide and improve the extension's job application autofill features.

User Control

You can edit or delete saved profile data, Field Bank entries, and application records inside the extension.

You can uninstall the extension to remove extension data from Chrome storage.

If you export data or debug logs from the extension, you are responsible for storing and sharing those exported files securely.

User Responsibility

JobForm Slayer helps fill forms, but it does not submit applications on your behalf unless you choose to submit the third-party form yourself. Always review filled information before submitting it to any website.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, sensitivity, and appropriateness of any information you save, fill, export, or submit using the extension.

Do not use JobForm Slayer to store or submit information you are not authorized to use.
